Jennifur Newhouse is a senior consultant with K2OHSolutions, LLC. With a background in behavioral sciences, human resources, and business ownership, she can assist companies in accomplishing their goals and functioning more effectively through individual and team management, leadership coaching, cultural assessments, core values identification, strategic directioning, process improvement, and people development.

With Keller Williams Realty Boise, Jennifur built a successful real estate business, managed a team of professionals, and coached other real estate agents for nearly a decade in Boise, Idaho. She ranked in the top one percent of all agents in Ada County for closed transactions. She credits business and life coaching in helping her accomplish her goals, build her business by referral, and grow her team.

Jennifur has also worked in human resources for Fortune 500 company, Sysco Food Services of San Francisco and Sacramento, Inc. in California and as a marriage and family therapist at Good Samaritan Behavioral Health, a community based mental health clinic and division of Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, Washington. Recently, she has poured her energy into educating her children to create lifelong learners. When not serving clients, Jennifur enjoys sailing, downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
